Trust In Me, I'm Batman.

One time I had to have someone trust me was when my best friend did not believe The Dark Knight movies were the best movies ever. It all happened about a year ago, my best friend Olivia and I were sitting in my room and we were talking about just random stuff. Out of no where I asked her if she wanted to watch The Dark Knight. She responded with "not really." I knew right at that moment that I had to help this poor soul. I have never met anyone in my 15 years of life that did not want to watch that movie. After she had said those two awful words, I smacked her in the head with a pillow and push her off the bed. Then she jumped back up and pulled me off the bed as well, we tussled for a while and when we were done, I then asked her if she had ever even seen the batman movies. She said no. I told her that they were the best movies ever and that she just had to consume the movies with her own eyes right now. Even though I knew she did not really like actions movies , I knew she would love this one. So I forced her to watch the entire trilogy. After we watched them and ate an entire gallon of ice cream, I asked her how she liked them. Obviously, she said they were awesome and asked if we could watch them again the next day. So that pretty much wraps up the time I had to convince someone to trust me.

This Is What I like To Call My "Better Late Then Never" Blog Post

I personally have struggled with many aspects of tenth grade. Sophomore year is nothing like I had expected it to be, it is much more difficult than I had previously thought. For instance, I have not studied as much as I should have; I have also missed a few assignments. Both of these mistakes have caused my grades to falter drastically. This is the first year I have truly been challenged academically, and this shows in my grades because I received my first ever ‘C’ in a class. I have had a few minor setbacks, but these difficult times can only push me forward in achieving excellence. Even through all of the struggles I have faced, I have also made many accomplishments.

OGT's

The OGT test I am most worried about would have to be the Social Studies one. Social Studies is just so boring and -even though I should- I do not really pay that much attention in class. But, if I want to pass the test I will just have to buckle down and listen up. I will study more for it and listen in class. I do not believe I will fail any of the tests, but I would like to bring all A's home. I can only do that if I study really hard and long for all the tests - not just Social Studies. All of my teachers are preparing us for the tests , so I think everyone in the 10th grade will pass all of the tests this year. I do not really know what else I can do besides study at home and listen in class, because the teachers have prepared me really well.
