Week 3
In the beginning of Frankenstein , Mary Shelley begins her novel by writing four letters. These letters were written by Robert Walton to his sister, Margaret Saville. These letters explained his journey , which led to him meeting Victor Frankenstein , whom the novel is written about. If I were writing a ghost story , I do not believe I would start it using letters. I would begin my ghost story by using the usual beginning , "One dark and stormy night." Mainly because most scary or horror type scenarios begin something dark and or stormy. Except since this is used so much so much , my story will probs be lame. So I do not believe I will ever even write a ghost story so I will therefore not write a beginning to a ghost story.
